"Palm" Skins for Dashboard and WISBar (original and Pelmar)

Styled to look like a Palm device. Includes replacement
icons for all Dashboard elements. Options screen can be
accessed by tapping on the graffiti-ized page title. Font
size adjusted with "abc" icon. Date jump accessed with
"123" icon, and the date can be adjusted with the up/down
arrow blocks dividing the graffiti area. The "contrast"
icon at the top left of the graffiti area is for reload,
and the arrow at the top right is for program execute.

The standard skin is designed WITHOUT E-Mail module
access, since the Palm "desktop" contains only four icons.
If you want E-Mail module access, you can use "palm-e1"
(replaces Tasks with E-Mail) or "palm-e2" (replaces
MyDash with E-Mail).

All files (except this one and "palm_preview.jpg") should be
placed in your defined skins folder. Files beginning with
"palm_wis" are specifically for the WISBar skin, should you
need to separate them out.

Original and Pelmar WISBar Instructions
---------------------------------------

The WISBar skin is a bit trickier than normal. For the most
part, the Dashboard file will automatically load the original
WISBar. (If it does not, make sure you have "Allow skin to
alter Bar apps" checked under your General Options.) The new
Pelmar WISBar is not yet fully supported in Dashboard, so you
need to make the following changes:

1. Enter settings (tap time/date, choose "Settings")
2. Choose the "Buttons" tab

You may find it easiest at this point to copy the text under
the "Today" button, since that should already be set. (You
can use Ctl-c and Ctl-v with the onscreen keyboard for copy
and paste.) Either way, be sure to replace "<skindirectory>"
in the examples below to your specific skin directory.

3. Set the Volume icon to "<skindirectory>\palm_wisvl.bmp"
4. Set the Tap and Hold Close icon to "<skindirectory>\palm_wisth.bmp"
5. Set the Mute icon to "<skindirectory>\palm_wismt.bmp"

With either the original or Pelmar WISBar, you'll probably
want to make the following additional settings:

6. Choose the "Display Items" tap under WISBar settings
7. Make sure "bring up 'Start Menu' by tapping" is checked
8. Set the Window Title font to 9pt bold
9. Set the Time font to 8pt normal
